We chanced upon H & R Johnson’s Experience Centre on the Internet, while desperately looking for 8 x 6 inch White Johnson Wall Glazed tiles to match the tiles in our bathrooms…which were built a couple of decades ago and needed replacing some. And we finally visited and found the tiles we were looking for…and a lot more!
You must be wondering what’s the big deal about finding white glazed tiles…the big deal is that every plumber, contractor and dealer in tiles and sanitary ware we have encountered and searched down over the last several years have convinced us that the particular white tiles we were looking for are not available any more. Worse, some even told us that Johnson Tiles had stopped manufacture! And every time we have modified and rebuilt a part of our home no one even suggested that we consider Johnson. So you can imagine our surprise that Johnson not only exists but pointed out the replacement for our tiles in less than a couple of minutes. What’s more we found an amazing array of tiles, particularly wood grain vitreous tiles that are outstanding. And we found an outstanding range of sanitary fittings too. And, sadly we found things that we would have selected had we known of the existence of Johnson.
They have an excellent network of dealers around the city and put you in touch with the dealer closest to you for your needs. So if you are looking for good wall and floor tiles and an excellent range of sanitary ware do consider Johnson along with the others…they may surprise you with their quality, range, prices and service!!
