Visited today, giving 3 stars because only one reason is the behaviour of the 2 staff. I have been there previously too and felt the same thing. While the owner behaviour is very polite and good and friendly too however 2 of the girls/women in sales seems very unwelcoming.
Let's go one by one:
1. They don't feel they need to show the products on display or it is part of their responsibilities. I as a customer went through all by myself, while i am checking something they are announcing the price. What can they do better here is first they can ask with a smile on what I am looking for and what my specifications are and also under what budget I am looking for. This could be done at first, they didn't do so. They seemed very irritated. This. Happened previously also when I went to purchase tiles and ended up not buying from them. Today as well it felt so rude I was about to tell them on their face but controlled myself. All they kept on saying this is whatever you have and this is that much cost rather showing i think this is under the budget or meets your classifications and you can go for it. Any other features they can also recommend. At least the girl who is not wearing specs was a bit helpful, she was helpful last time compared to the other one in specs. The one wearing specs is very rude. You just feel it even though she is not saying it upfront. If there are any issues bugging her at work you should address it. It may happen if someone doesn't feel appreciated at work. I am not saying anyone is bad but I would like better behaviour as a customer. I don't want this to go as something to penalise someone and would not like this to impact anyone's livelihood but I would also like my self respect not to be hurt.
