I bought for the first time, a Johnson Greece commode on 7/4/24 but that cracked within 3.5 months although guaranteed for 10 yrs. I informed the shop and they helped me in filling a complaint with Johnson on 28/8/24. Unfortunately Nobody from Johnson turned up for inspection till date. The quality of material used in seat covers are also not satisfactory. So be careful in buying Johnson products.

I visited display centre of Johnson near Chandan hospital lucknow, i selected my complete tiles there and they gave me quotation. After that I visited Akshat enterprises showroom and selected same tiles and there is a big difference in rates. Akshat enterprises provided me genuine rate and I am totally satisfied.
